Flat-fee pricing

Published pricing, because your budget conversation should start today

Every VIGILO engagement is flat-fee, per-training-day, or annual subscription — never per-incident, never a percentage, never a number you learn after three discovery calls. The ranges below hold for the overwhelming majority of single-facility engagements; you receive a fixed written number before work begins.

The fine print, in plain sight

  • A fixed written number before work begins — the range is for budgeting, the engagement letter is exact.
  • No per-incident, per-patient, or percentage fees, ever — flat fee, per training day, or annual subscription only.
  • Multi-site systems are quoted per covered facility against the same rates, with shared-committee structures per §331.002(d) reflected in scope.
  • Engagements marked "scoped per engagement" get their fixed number after a short scoping call — the rate structure is the same.

Pricing questions

Frequently asked questions

Why do you publish prices when no one else in this category does?

Because the buyer we serve — a risk manager, CNO, or administrator with a survey window on the calendar — needs to budget before they can advocate internally. Published ranges shorten that conversation. The ranges hold for the overwhelming majority of single-facility engagements; multi-site systems get a scoped quote against the same rates.

What moves an engagement within the published range?

Facility size and class, the number of high-risk units, whether a program exists to remediate or must be built from nothing, and documentation condition. The range endpoints are real: a small ASC audit sits at the bottom, a full-service hospital at the top. You get a fixed number in writing before work begins.

Are there per-incident, per-patient, or percentage fees?

No. VIGILO prices flat-fee, per-training-day, or annual subscription only. Nothing in our model creates an incentive tied to incidents, census, or outcomes.

What does the Annual Program Review subscription cover?

The renewing statutory cycle: the committee’s annual plan evaluation, the governing-body report, the worksite-analysis refresh, and the training-cadence check — $1,500–$3,600 per year per site depending on facility class and size. It exists because Chapter 331 and the Joint Commission both make workplace violence prevention an annual obligation, not a project.

Where do I start if I do not know what I need?

The Survey-Readiness Audit. It is the least expensive engagement, it produces a scored gap report against every regime that applies to your facility, and its findings map directly onto the other services — so whatever you buy next is scoped by evidence rather than a sales conversation.
